#205 - An English late 19th Century Doulton Burslem

A yellow and black gorgeous bowl made in England by Doulton, Burslem in 1892. Transfer printed Willow pattern. This pattern was developed around 1790 by Thomas Minton for the Caughley factory in England and subsequently copied by many bone china and stoneware manufacturers around Staffordshire. In mint condition.

Size: total diameter almost 8 inches, 4 1/3 inches high, top opening 6 inches.

A wonderful pair of Art Noveau Royal Doulton jardinieres or vases with the impressed marks of Royal Doulton for the year 1914: a Crowned lion standing o­n the Royal Doulton mark;   the letter "o" incised above the number "8197"  and the  potter's signature: "MW". These vases are are very decorative and in mint condition.


Size: 10cm high and 10.50 cm wide.
